We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We love it ❤️ Ascott never fails our big family staycation

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was better than expected. Room was spacious & clean. Happy with appliances in the kitchen and also ironing board, very handy! The view from our room is also great! Staffs were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back here if we are in town again.

My first time staying in Simpang Lima Residence which was pretty good. Located nearby Simpang Lima junction, so you don't need to be worried when you're craving for some food. The staffs were friendly. Checkin and checkout time were quick. It's worth for the price too. They had a cool coffee, but I didn't try food and beverages yet. Maybe next time.

Clean, big huge space. It has refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water pot. There is laundry machine too next to the door inside the kitchen. Very complete and worth the price. Staff also helpful and friendy, fast respon. Recommended for your holiday needs. Near PIM and gandaria city mall, only 7 minute drive, not far fron gajahmada food street, bakmi lungkee, nasi ulam premium 20k, ronde and bakmi shiang hie. Go to PIK pantjoran only 40 minute drive. Nice swimming pool but in the afternoon is better than morning swim cause kind of windy in the morning and evening, my kids shaking: D

I never book any apartment before. So I don't expect too much what it will looks like. From the picture it was good and when we check in it was exactly same with the picture. It was so nice and clean with the price that was so affordable. I thought some kind "it's better than booked hotel if it was this nice" hehe. We had a very pleasant stay at ascott kuningan jakarta, its a perfect place for staycation. The place is located strategically near the business district of jakarta. Thumbs up for the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. Cozy and luxurious atmosphere is what you get when entering the room. This place also connected to lotte shopping avenue with the resident access card. I only took photo of the swimming pool as I was amazed by the sunset view by the infinity pool. Will surely come back for another staycation in the future.

I've been staying here since 2019 and never regret a bit. The hotel is cozy, and comfortable. The rooms is very spacious with extra fluffy pillows, not to mention the balcony and the dining table. The staffs are helpful, mbok Mona, mbok Tari and bli Tangkas help me to make my stay over experience more enjoyable. This place surrounded with many places to hangout, also you can experience the food galore. Highly recommended.

When i first arrived at the hotel, i drop my wife at the lobby, i need to open my car trunk and drop my luggage, but the front staff / security didnt bother to offer any help, maybe they think i was an online driver.
then, they offer me room upgrade 1 step higher than my actual room, the room size is bigger but the AC didnt much support the room size, at night the room temperature is cool because of the rainy weather, but the problem occure in the morning, the room is head to west which is location of sunrise, so at 7 morning ahead, the room feel hot and the AC cannot hold it's temperature, so it's feel uncomfortable, i even sweat a little after around 9 morning.
