We stayed at 2 different units. One with three bedrooms and another one is a studio. Check-in was smooth. They had a check-in time at 3 pm and we came around 3.15-ish, so we had to wait for 20 minutes because there was a queue. It wasn't a problem. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating by putting our units on the same floor and literally next to each other (which is GREAT!), even though we had to wait because the previous renter of the studio had a late checkout. Both units were clean. The kitchen in the three-bedroom unit was complete. They provided a frying pan, boiling pan, plates, bowls, spoons and forks, electric stove, cups, wine glasses, microwave, and a new sponge on the sink. The outdoor swimming pool was huge and pretty! To enter, one adult needs one access card, though. Just FYI. Definitely a great place to stay with the whole family. Thank you.

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! We love it ❤️ Ascott never fails our big family staycation

Clean, big huge space. It has refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, hot water pot. There is laundry machine too next to the door inside the kitchen. Very complete and worth the price. Staff also helpful and friendy, fast respon. Recommended for your holiday needs. Near PIM and gandaria city mall, only 7 minute drive, not far fron gajahmada food street, bakmi lungkee, nasi ulam premium 20k, ronde and bakmi shiang hie. Go to PIK pantjoran only 40 minute drive. Nice swimming pool but in the afternoon is better than morning swim cause kind of windy in the morning and evening, my kids shaking: D

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was better than expected. Room was spacious & clean. Happy with appliances in the kitchen and also ironing board, very handy! We had a very pleasant stay at ascott kuningan jakarta, its a perfect place for staycation. The place is located strategically near the business district of jakarta. Thumbs up for the hygiene and cleanliness of the room. Cozy and luxurious atmosphere is what you get when entering the room. This place also connected to lotte shopping avenue with the resident access card. I only took photo of the swimming pool as I was amazed by the sunset view by the infinity pool. Will surely come back for another staycation in the future.

Its a good hotel at pasteur area, a bit far from the city area but we got a quiet hotel rather in the city and far from traffics. One to notice is the balcony which is accessible with the view of mountain and elite housing area. Suprisingly we love the hotel which provide us with “guling”, which not many hotel provided one.
