1. I requested towel … & its never come. 2. Food at the restaurant, menus were great but the chicken was uncooked, they didn't have my drink but they didn't informed us. (Lack of communication) but they did changed my food wth the new one also they gave me fresh fruits. 3. Around 3. 30 am somebody knocked the doors. 4. I booked airport transfer in traveloka but … the hotel didn't notify by the traveloka. 5. I booked late check out cause my flight was late … the traveloka didn't notify the hotel & the hotel asked us to leave the room at 12 noon while our req was @14 pm. 6. The staff (front office) need to be trained. First come should be first service, they don't even know how to re print the room card & have to wait other staff.
The room actually not ready once I arrive the owner start to give air refresher, room smells bad, found more than 2 cocroaches in bathroom, water smells iron, the bed was not clean not washed properly,
