Villa in KL Sentral

Best Location, Best Service, helpful & nice staff

Second time stayed here, and it gets better. Please maintain this performance, we'll be back for sure. Fyi: it is an old hotel, but overall the facility compared to nearby hotel, Hotel Sentral is much better.

The hotel receptionist isn't very welcoming. There are two hotels with similar names, which can be confusing. A clear sign should be placed to indicate that My Hotel @ Kuala Lumpur sentral is the closest to the monorail, while My Hotel @ Sentral is located at the corner.

The room is not clean enough in my opinion (especially under the bed, it was filthy. I won't mind if it was only dust, but there were snack packaging, hair ties, tissues. Like it wasn't cleaned for a really long time. If you're wondering, my lipstick rolled under there). Other than that, it was okay. Not soundproof enough, but it was expexted for a 2 star hotel.

Too bad the shower head was faulty and the toilet light was blinking but their maintenance personnel is off duty at night. Otherwise the Front Office personnel were friendly.

Iam very happy, location near NU mall and Public transportation, someday we will right back to city central. Thank you city central and I very enjoy.

Nearby Kuala Lumpur sentral. Just opposite.

The hotel location at the Kuala Lumpur city center albeit a bit far from mass rapid transport stations, but the hotel have bus stop for the public bus which have direct route to the SBZ airport. The room with rugs has standar amenities, but includes with iron & board, refrigerator, and the safe box.

Provided room next to a 24 hours nasi kandar. Whole night couldnot sleep becoz of loud music from the nasi kandar. Very bad experience.

Very good hotel, convenient and easy to reach any place by use Train.
