Too bad the shower head was faulty and the toilet light was blinking but their maintenance personnel is off duty at night. Otherwise the Front Office personnel were friendly.

Nearby Kuala Lumpur sentral. Just opposite.

This is my second time staying here because of the great location. And what I am most impressed with here is that all the staff here are very helpful and kind to me. The cleaning staff are very good, always greet me with a smile. I feel very safe with the staff here, always helping me. I will stay here again every time I come to Malaysia.

The hotel location at the Kuala Lumpur city center albeit a bit far from mass rapid transport stations, but the hotel have bus stop for the public bus which have direct route to the SBZ airport. The room with rugs has standar amenities, but includes with iron & board, refrigerator, and the safe box.

The location is good. But trouble with water. This is terible becauce we can not take shower in the morning
