Resorts World Genting - First World Hotel
stay at first world hotel was a good choice. regarding the room need more attention about the door lock (need to be repair), cleanlines of the linen, there is a lot of stain and i found hair inside the pillow. as the house keeping team to makeup the room but it was not done.
Over all the experience was execelent. I got a good view from my room after wait almost 3 hours for queing. Pillow and bed are comfortable.

KSL Hotel & Resort Johor Bahru
All was okay till we asked the housekeeping to clean our room. They didn't even bother to throw or change the dustbin inside our room and also I still see rubbish on the floor, no vaccum. Please look forward to this matter as this is a hygiene purpose, we don't want to make any pest in this hotel room.

The best thing is located exactly across the PAH hospital. Kind of an old hotel, old facilities etc. Staff great. Food OK.
