Felt like staying at a shared room. I can hear people shout and talking even singing. The quality of the room isn't bad. It just so loud, barely sleep because of the sound. Not recommended especially if you want to stay at the weekend. Be prepare to wake up early.

I booked non smoking room but got smoking room with bad smells and ash stain on the bed, pillow, linens, carpets and over the rooms. Reservation guys was liar that no more rooms available. Definitely not Accor standards of service.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed. Bathroom smell like a piss. Very dirty. Halfway dried my hair the electricity went off.

I recently stayed at Mercure Grand Mirama Malang and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The food at the hotel was also quite good, offering a satisfying variety of options. However, there were a couple of hiccups during my stay. The check-in process was delayed, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the check-out wasn't as smooth as expected, which slightly affected the end of my stay. Despite these issues, I was extremely happy with the cleanliness and the quality of the food, and I would still recommend this hotel.

The accommodation is comfortable and keeps privacy. No smoking area makes it better.

Affordable, with breakfast roti maryam and hot tea/cofee. Better to bring your own bedsheet because the bedsheet was not fresh smell. Maybe the staff thought it still clean, but there is sweat left behind on pillow.

Toilet flushing isn't working well, what a disappointment.
