My 4th time staying here and 1st time post-pandemic. The service was still awesome, but they need to improve the cleanliness. Got my bedsheet changed because it smells like someone just smokes there. The hotel also reduced the amenities. No tissue in the room, just a small amount of thin and low-quality toilet paper. I know it’s pandemic, but please don’t lower your standard.

Hay Bandung
I pay around 800k per night, quite expensive for a very limited facilities & services. When I checked in at 3 pm the room was not ready, I have to wait for about 15 mins & when I entered the room smell fishy. Parking lot is only a few with narrow entrance & it's hard for car to maneuver. Not many options for breakfast. Overall it is not worth the hype.

For the price I had to pay, the room was spacious. And it was clean and cool (no problem with the AC). The internet connection from the wifi was fast enough. Friendly staffs. Location was superb. Many good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The location of the lobby was a bit weird tho, but it was no problem for me since I used online transportation while staying here. Recommended choice to stay for a vacation in Bandung.
