. I stayed for 6 nights. Here is my opinion about Quest Hotel Denpasar. (+) The location is very strategic. To the Housekeeping Team: I give five thumbs up! Excellent service! Keep it up! (-) The lobby is so hot. When we checked in, Reception gave us room 138. It looked so bad; The carpet was very dirty, and the toilet was also in poor condition. The most important issue was that the AC was not cool. I called engineering to check it, but it remained the same. So, I told reception to give me another room. Then I got another room, 140. It was better than 138, even though I was already tired of moving my things. The breakfast menu is not recommended. The menu was the same each day, especially the bakery items. This is just my opinion. Thank you.
