Hotels near Pelabuhan Benoa

I really upset for this experience. I booked this hotel with a hope as good as it shown on the picture. But turn out, its very dirty, smell bad, disguisting and spooky. I dont get it why it is still have good reviews. I booked this at price IDR 300K which was not worth it. It should be only 100K! Bad place to stay

Breakfast ready on 7 am. Breakfast this time for business trip, little late. Better early to 6 am.

I wish the hotel will be much better as it by Trans Hotel. I booked for 2 night, at first I booked the Superior King room, unfortunatelly, the bathroom smells bad, no window, small space. Asked the receptions to change my room with additional charge 100k per night, maybe it upgrade with deluxe type and with window; However, the room placed near the stairs. The bed is uncomfortable. Moreover, the breakfast, not good. Better choose without breakfast, but I think most of the room included with breakfast. More variants of carbo, tasteless. Better choose other hotel options.

Good location and environment, it's worth it for the budget.

Came at evening and staff wasn't around. The light bulb was spoiled at the room and we were waiting for them to fix it. We wanted to add extra bed and once it came, it looked like we are in military service. A folded bed that we can feel the steel, such a bad service and facility!
