Very good location at the heart of Kuta. Plenty of Mini Marts around the hotel. Hotel is not brand new, but they came with very comfortable bed and shower room. Smoking corner is located just outside, very convenient. Pool located at the high floor, let you relax and enjoy the sun and silence. From the hotel, just a short 1-10mins walk, you can reach to all the chillax places. Will recommend this hotel to others π

Excellent hospitality service,fast check-in, all Staf welcome, hotel area everywhere clean and tidy and I love so much room atmosphere so warm and nice bed always late wake up for breakfast tasty food and hotel provide free surprise honeymoon set up during stay. Positives: close to Jalan Legian, short walk to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby. Has rooftop pall, good buffet breakfast (although food not always warm or hot). Room was spacious although the bathroom is a bit squashed. WiFi was pretty good. AC was nice and clold however it was leaking water on the floor and looked like it needed cleaning as s the filters were dirty. Negative: as mentioned the AC needed to be cleaned, bathroom on small side, there was a plug socket hanging off the wall. One of our biggest complaints is the hot water, in 4 days we only had hot water 1 time, the other times the hottest we got was lukewarm, their water heating system is not adequate enough for the size of the hotel, doesn't provide enough hot water for all guests to have. The location is good however as it's on a one-way road the traffic can be very bad. The TV's are a bit old, still flat screen but old and the audio not good, even when putting volume loud it's not clear even though it's loud, maybe time to switch to smart TVs.
