All is great, our room being tidied every day. One of the room has air conditioner problem but the staff attended to the matter promptly. Breakfast was okay considering the price was cheap (if converting to MYR). The only thing that I would prefer if my room has window. Other 2 rooms has window except for my room.

The check in process was fast, but only minor for cleanliness in swimming pool area. The shower room in swimming pool area smells bad. I think someone (other guests) had pee on that area 🥲. But overall I love the hotel!

the hotel is good, cleaning, and have a rooftop with a good view of Pontianak City.
the room is clean, but for breakfast only have standar menus. need more various menus.

Very bad hotel, slow staff, passive not proactive. The room was too old, door was broken, a bit smelly but spacious.
