If there is no room, the management will give our staff a room to live in. The equipment is not complete, it is dirty, and the sound insulation is not good.

Very disappointed! Bad facilities!

The staffs are friendly but the environment is bad. Poor sound insulation, the whole building needs renovation.

The location is good as near to the mall. However, I'm so disappointed with the hotel as so noisy with the renovation. The hotel area so smelly (smoking). My baby can't sleep at the night because outside so noisy. The most terrible part is my room is at 3td floor and I need to walk by the stairs (no lift).

Although this hotel has two star review, I would like to add that the room given wass spacious, the decorations for the bathroom they did for is satisfying even though it is a budget hotel.

I can not use power outlet, water from the sink always comes out, bedsheets missing one piece, totally awful.

I booked the room from app but then the hotel said no available room. They refuse to give room while payment already complete. After some argument, then only they give one room to stay. Room very small with limited facilities.
