The place was awesome and comfortable. We were staying just for a night and every basic needs are perfect. For breakfast it was free, and the food was enough for a morning tummy fill up. Nasi goreng and sambal sedap. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, including the security at the parking area. Thank you so much for everything. Will surely stay here again whenever we will be in JB. ❤️

In the ads didn't mention no window, and the room wasn't really clean, floor with stain (I think was someone else ' s lubricant!), didn't give me hair dryer upon check-in, and the room design is very much low class than ads, such a scam.

Sun Inns Hotel Permas Jaya
The room is not really soundproof; It is quite noisy because of the sounds from other rooms. I could even hear the neighbor snoring. I felt itchy, as if there were bed bugs on the bed. Additionally, the hotel charged an extra 10 RYR as a foreigner fee.

Thy Executive Hotel
It was a pleasant stay, the room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. At first the room was ok, but at midnight the air cond suddenly didn't working. It was not getting colder even though we had already lower the temperature and turn it off and on again.
