This hotel's excellent customer service is what sets it apart from other hotels in Manila. We really felt like VIPs during our stay in Ramada. The room was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was great and they gave us lots of free treats. With their service, we felt like we got so much more than what we paid for. The owner and her staff were accommodating. Our room was clean and smelled nice. My husband and daughter loved the place because it has a lap and kiddie pools and kid's playroom. It is also situated near malls, convenience stores and food places. Will definitely go back.
