We got this room last minute and arrived past midnight. We need a place to be able to sleep comfortably and we did. Overall, we were satisfied. The staff were courteous. The room was clean and sheets were fresh. The interior of the hotel is so cute. I love it. The breakfast is delicious! Note that there is a security deposit of 1000 pesos which is refundable upon checkout.

It is a great place to stay. The staff are very accommodating and always wear smiles on their faces π The room is cozy and cleaned everyday. The linens, towels and tissue are also changed every day of your stay. There is also a mini vault inside the room so you're sure that your valuable items are kept safe (you'll the one who will decide the passcode). The wifi is good too, no lag during my stay.

Wellcome Hotel Cebu
Room is clean. Staff are all friendly. The pool is a jacuzzi type but still a good place to cool oneβs body. Breakfast is yummy though not a lot of choices. Overall I had a happy stay and I will book here again soon.

Cebu Capitol Central Hotel & Suites powered by Cocotel
Is there anyone that I can talk to about getting a compensation for our relocation. Aside from having too much hassle with doing follow ups on your customer service. I found red doors room cheaper than what I paid for the hotel that I'm supposed to be in which is Capital Suites. I'm not satisfed with your service specially that I was advised late that this hotel is nit operating given that it's still in your options of hotels.

Diamond Suites and Residences
I guess you get what you paid for? Well the hotel is nice but I would say the only pros that stood out to me was their friendly staff. I asked for a double bed because it was just only me staying for the night but they said they don't have it anymore. What they did was put together the 2 twin bed. Which was a bit eye sore. Aircon window is damaged too. Breakfast selection was meh.
