I am really satisfied with may stay with Savoy Hotel because my request for Airport view room was granted and every staff from the hotel are accommodating and friendly.
The last few check-in was challenging at the front desk. 1. not if I am given the right room as paid. 2. Being a Bon Voyage member means little especially if I booked through the app. 3. As a constant traveller time is limited. You come in the evening to check and you wait to be entertained and later after a long walk to the room you end up with non-functioning keys. Never mind that you come back down to change the cards then you wait in a queue. 4. I pay the same rate or equivalent as before but compared to then and now I don't enjoy good rooms.
The air conditioner was broken upstairs. No one told me that only one room has air conditioner. We had to use two separate rooms. The microwave and blow dryer is not working. The room didn't have a fresh smell. The entrance light valve broke. Called the tenants and complained, she hang up in me.
Stayed just one night. The room was nice, clean but had a slight smell. Not sure what it was but you did not always notice it. Staff was always very helpful.
