Clean room, hot shower, good bfast

Good experience with Four Points Pakuwon, warm and nice receptionist, excellent and fast service, and very nice breakfast meal

First of all the check in time is delayed until 6.30PM, and the reservation is giving a complimentary for 3 people Break fast for 3 days (until me and fam check out), when the second day coming 3 pax BF is good but at the 3rd day they say that the complimentary suddenly change to 1pax 1 day, and they said I already take the 3 days because yesterday we took bf 3pax, its very dissapointing, they don't keep their words about the complimentary, very not recommended!

This hotel has great rooms, facilities, and service, but what stands out the most is the incredible taste of the food! Moreover, the restaurant is the highest in Surabaya, offering a stunning view of the city. We even decided to staycation here for a few days (instead of touring Surabaya as originally planned) so we wouldn't miss the breakfast, afternoon snacks, and delicious dinners that were so tasty and unforgettable. Even though the menu changes every day, everything is still delicious. For those in Surabaya, I highly recommend staying here and especially trying the food at The Westin Club on the 39th floor. Guaranteed to be satisfying.

Room 603. Clean, good hospitality and service. We got ealry check in at 13:00. Hot water available. The owner contatcted us via wa days bfore check in. Thank you Mrs. Sandra.

Easy check in and check out, the room is clean and the host is very helpful.

Nice room, will return again and stay in this apartment next time.
