Villa in Batu Ampar

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

The receptionist and stuff is friendly, the room is comfortable plus it 's clean.

Toilet dirty mosquitos and smelly

Big room & cold aircon only thing bathroom floor can't flow properly water patch around the toilet bowl.

Staff was really nice and accomodating. Room was clean and great for the price. Location was also pretty near a lot of popular destinations. Great place!

Friendly staffs, helpful and welcoming, the Hotel clean with good light ambiance.

The paste and shampoo they provided was expired in 2021. Refrigerator and intercom was not working. Access card work very rarely, need to walk and call reception guys for help. But they help immediately.

"I stayed at the Pacific Palace Hotel Batam from 11/5 to 12/5. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and modern bathroom. However, the Wi-Fi connection was slow at times. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options. The hotel 's location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value and services. Rating: 4/5 stars.".
