In order to claim the coupon, guests must bind their park ticket to the Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat account by scanning their park ticket after they have entered the park. Guests can claim their coupon by opening the Shanghai Disney Resort Official WeChat account, sending the key word “My Center”, clicking through “My Center” – “Scan” to scan the QR Code on the back of their ticket to get the coupon. Guests can view and redeem the coupon in ‘My Coupon’ in WeChat ‘My Center’ and open the coupon to display the QR Code of the coupon when used in the applicable restaurant. Each coupon has one QR Code and can only be used one time. This coupon can only be used once per transaction. The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part. Any additional charges must be paid by the guest.

・Refund & Cancellation Terms：This offer cannot be transferred, cancelled or refunded in whole or in part, unless otherwise required by law. The personal identification information registered at the time of purchase cannot be changed after purchase unless otherwise required by law.
・Date Change：This offer can only be exchanged within the ticket’s validity period (stated below). The dated ticket can be exchanged twice by providing the product is of an equal or greater value. Eligibility is subject to availability, and date changes must occur 48 hours prior to 00:00am on the original date of the entitlement.

－Reminder－
・Guests can only enter the park on the day selected at the time of the ticket reservation. Guests are required to provide their valid government ID/Travel Document/Passport information and their prepaid ticket order when entering the park via Shanghai Disneyland Main Entrance.
・Guests who reserve a single ticket or a number of park tickets are required to enter the park with the rest of the ticket holders booked under their government ID during their first visit. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter the park.

－Required health and safety measures－
Shanghai Disney Resort continues its health and safety measures, in accordance with government regulations and guidance. All guests are advised to strictly follow these measures in support of a safe and happy experience for everyone visiting the resort.
· Guests are encouraged to wear masks properly at indoor locations, queue lines, crowded outdoor areas, meet Disney characters and in transportation;
· All guests will be encouraged to maintain good personal hygiene;
· Sanitization and disinfection will continue to be implemented throughout the resort.

Shanghai Disney Resort new rules and regulations regarding carries and vehicles effective June 30, 2023

For the safety of our guests and Cast Members, and to help improve guest flow and make the experience more enjoyable for all who visit, Shanghai Disney Resort will implement new Shanghai Disneyland Rules and Regulations and Disneytown Rules and Regulations starting June 30, 2023. These include adjusting polices related to carriers or vehicles and activities that are not allowed in Shanghai Disneyland, and indoor locations of Disneytown. Upon effect of the new rules,

The following carriers or vehicles continue to be permitted to be brought into Shanghai Disney Resort:
Manual wheelchairs or electrically powered wheelchairs with at least three wheels and speed lower than 16 km/h (to be used only for the purposes of carrying guests with assisted mobility needs due to disability, advanced age or relevant medical conditions)
Child strollers meeting all of the following conditions:
* Length NOT exceeding 110 cm, width NOT exceeding 80 cm (both including any accessories or extension attachments fully deployed)
* Designed and used to transport children of 11 years old and younger or with height of 1.4 meters and below on the day of their visit
* Designed to be pushed from behind

Carriers or vehicles including but not limited to the ones listed below (regardless of their sizes except for the otherwise specified sizes of child strollers) are NOT permitted to be brought into Shanghai Disneyland, and indoor locations of Disneytown:

Strollers with length exceeding 110 cm, width exceeding 80 cm (both including any accessories or extension attachments fully deployed)
Wagons, stroller wagons
Carts strollers with three or less wheels
Wheeled carriers
Stroller suitcases
Any trailer-like object that is pushed, pulled or towed by an electric conveyance vehicle, wheelchair, stroller or person

The following activities are not allowed in Shanghai Disneyland, and indoor locations of Disneytown:
Pulling of any permitted carriers or vehicles (including permitted strollers) behind oneself
Using any permitted carriers or vehicles (including permitted strollers) to exclusively transport personal belongings, merchandise, or other physical items

After the new rules take effect, guests can continue to bring their own strollers for accompanying children into Shanghai Disneyland, and indoor locations of Disneytown, as long as the strollers meet the standards outlined by the corresponding Rules and Regulations (including the new rules). Strollers are also available for guests who choose to rent from Shanghai Disneyland’s stroller rental location inside the park, and the resort team will continue to look for ways to optimize the stroller rental services and to provide more convenience to guests in need.

Vehicles to be used only for the purposes of carrying guests with assisted mobility needs due to disability, advanced age or relevant medical conditions will continue to be allowed into Shanghai Disney Resort, as permitted by the corresponding Rules and Regulations.

Public areas at the resort, including Wishing Star Park and the general areas of Disneytown, will not be impacted.
