Even though it's crowded because of the holiday season, the staff from the beginning of ticket exchange to the game area are agile, the area is clean, there are many choices of food inside.

Customer service staff helps to exchange tickets directly without queuing, staff inside helps with promo info so you can get VIP tickets. Only the waiting time per ride can be 2 hours and the toilet is not very clean
