The service is terrible, I regret always using Traveloka, when I encounter problems with tickets, they don't help me, it's really complicated.

the rides are very exciting. if on weekdays the queue is not too long, but the rides usually open at 1 am. awesome.

The game was fun, because it was a weekday.. the waiting time wasn't too long.. the staff was also very helpful.. 🤩

Overall it was quite fun, the kids enjoyed playing here. Unfortunately, there were some rides/shows that were not ready and did not match the stated schedule.

Very bad experience. Queuing for race cart for 3.5 hours. Regular queue always interrupted by VIP and double seater. Staffs are not friendly. Wasted all day only got 1 ride.

from ordering tickets and enjoying the rides, thank God it went smoothly..my child was happy..only at the front I forgot to exchange my bracelet..the officer at the front didn't give me any information. I was told by other visitors while queuing..there shouldn't be a queue...but everything is OK. Thank you

yeah the risk of promo tickets, it's really crowded, 1 ride waiting for approx 1-2 hours. at the ticket exchange counter it's already 1 hour alone, the queue is really long, but only 2 people are serving tickets. please also pay more attention to the toilet, because in the men's toilet the water is muddy everywhere, only 1 urinal toilet is smooth, the rest are clogged, so the toilet is super duper if possible give a rate. I have bought a ticket online but still have to queue for a long time to exchange it with just the paper one. Why can't it be purely online from the system, just scan the QR code from your smartphone.

promo get cheaper price in traveloka. but still have to queue with those who buy OTS tickets to redeem tickets, even though many people buy via traveloka.. finally queued for 40 minutes to redeem tickets from traveloka huhuhu.. hopefully there can be a special counter/officer to redeem tickets from traveloka, don't mix it with those who buy OTS.. trans studio only provides a special counter for purchases via Trans studio website and fasttrack.

Satisfied playing, the kids are happy.. there are lots of rides even though we have to queue a bit. The show is cool, the staff is friendly when we ask questions.

Already bought it at Traveloka, still redeemed the ticket at the counter. Long queue. 1 game queued for 2 hours. Opened really late... closed really fast too... only 2 effective games were tried. The other one was Monster War. Which was not fun at all. Poor kids with high expectations got nothing
