Ubud Rafting at Ayung River

tickets cannot be redeemed, and cannot be refunded. The phone number cannot be called and is unresponsive. I have been to the place according to the address shown and was rejected. Although the cashier said there was a photo of the rubber boat used which belonged to the place, our name and booking were not detected. I bought 2 bookings and lost 500k. Even though we booked for July 20, we were only allowed to refund on July 18. the point is, we were scammed. Not recommended and bad management.
