I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! Feels like I’m in my habitat! Place is too awesome to tell - the staff are incredibly thoughtful! For the food! Oh my god I 100% assure you to try! Even the jajan pasar snacks are so good! All the parts of this place are incredible! Feels like I don’t wanna move out to someplace else. I’m staying at the 3 floor level without anything to worry about cause the crew are stand by me 24 hours. The bar have these international wine collection and we can purchase them in glass. Even they deliver it to my room as requested. Hotel tugu malang, I left piece of my heart inside on your amazing antique collection! Definitely coming back soon!

Hotel Batu Wonderland

In my kids point of view, they love it. Well I love it too. But, too crowded. Also, the cleanliness under my bed and others bed was bad (I booked 3 rooms here). And in this modern era, paying everything in cash is frustrating, specially if you are a hotel management. But overall, I was happy to stay here
