Comfort and nice place so easy zone

Room was as pictured and well maintained. AC, wifi, water faucets work well. Amenities were adequate, slippers were provided when asked. Staff were polite and provided great service, everyone I met were nice and helpful. I was given a complimentary set of puddings and welcome drinks when checking in. Food taste flavorful, as if cooked for local tastes, although restaurant queues especially during Friday dinner service at The Mix restaurant can be long. Room service was great, extra spoons/plates and ice cubes were provided free of charge. I received several gosend packages during my stay and they have Concierge who received it for me and offered to take the packages to my room. There's no swimming pool, only an indoor dipping pool. There is a self service laundromat. It's close to Jiexpo (20 mins on foot) but be prepared to take taxi / car anyways because the sidewalks towards the venue are not in good condition for pedestrians (although not the fault of the hotel).

The staff are friendly. Old hotel but very comfy and well-maintained.

We arrived. There was a child running in the hallway and entering the rooms. Our room was already open when we arrived and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The sheets were stained with a material that you can imagine, the paint on the walls is peeling off the mattresses are downright pieces of wood. The photos do not correspond at all to reality. We did not sleep there, we did not arrive, we were told that we would be reimbursed and we receive a message from the site telling us that the boss does not want to reimburse. It strongly resembles a very dishonest establishment. For the price it is really a bad idea to come to this establishment.

Choose by location, Air conditioner not cold and water leak from AC unit.

Friendly staff. Good service. Helpful. But room is not soundproof when have a connecting doors. Thank you
