Because of my many complaints, I will write them in bullet points so that they can be read clearly. So that it can be a consideration for others to book this apartment.
1. After a 17-hour flight, I arrived wanting to rest comfortably but instead found a very dirty room. It didn't match the photo. There were many damp crumbs on the walls. Was this not vacuumed or swept? The sheets and blankets were not fresh. But actually the sheets were no longer suitable for use, they were rough. Where is the SOP for cleanliness?
2. The water heater didn't turn on. When the tap was turned to the left, the shower turned off. And on the last day the shower water was very small. Is this a form of eviction? It took a long time to take a shower.
3. No toilet paper or facial tissue was given.
4. There was no trash can in the bathroom to throw away the tissue (which I bought myself)
5. The bathroom mat didn't absorb water. Finally sacrificed the mat using my own clothes
6. Given 2 bottles of water. Strangely, there was an empty and dead dispenser in the room. Was the dispenser just for decoration? If it's not used, it's better to just take it out. It makes the already small room even smaller
7. There is a table but no work chair. Very strange.
8. The drawers in the work table are dirty. There are even leftover coins and trash
9. The cables under the TV table are very messy. The router is hanging. The walls are dirty.
10. No amenities except for a toothbrush and hand soap. But it's runny. Or maybe dish soap? So we take a shower using dish soap?
11. There is a pan but it's very dirty. Wanting to boil hot water is ticklish. Wanting to wash it but you have to use a sponge and sunlight. The items that are there don't make sense.
12. The refrigerator is very dirty. Wanting to put food in it is ticklish.
13. I bought Baygon because there were lots of ants. Even though there was no food on the floor.
14. The ceiling has a lot of dust hanging from it.
15. I had time to complain to the CS near the lobby. The answer was "that's how it is, sis". Where is the hospitality ethics?
16. Had a complaint on WA. The answer is next time just book via WA and you will be given a nice room. WHAT is the function of putting it on TVLK? Even though this is easy for users. Don't underestimate users who book from other apps.
17. We deserve cleanliness for this price.
