Really not reccomended hotel. They give us bad pillows, and accusing us broke that pillow and until for a week we didn't got any appologies messages as they promisses before. So the summary is I thought they don't have quality control and standard for the room cleaning before the room release as well. Its really bad here!
Air conditioner room was not cool even shift to other room at the same class and room was very smell, tidy, finally accepted CS suggestions to upgrade room class by cash. It is really not polite to push customer for comfortable room.
I suggest to app to start using the real condition inside of room to avoid customers will start leaving to use apps, the room air circulation really smelled and generally its totally unclean condition with bathroom without rooftop so the smell of bathroom has spread it on bed room. Traveloka need to start exposes the real conditions of room otherwise the customers will disappointed and soon they will start leaving to using Traveloka apps. I book for 4 days and I am not even stay for 1 night, I make early check out without stay inside the room without refund.
