Luxury Inn Arion Hotel
Bathroom cleanliness is terrible, the room wasn't soundproof, trash bin only in the bathroom, room smells so bad when I going in the first time, check out time is 1 PM, but they already call you 11 AM with the phone ringing so fvcking loud! The only good thing is the AC working properly, overall 5 out of 10

Air conditioner room was not cool even shift to other room at the same class and room was very smell, tidy, finally accepted CS suggestions to upgrade room class by cash. It is really not polite to push customer for comfortable room.
