Had a good time here, but the late check out time was have to be at 12pm. Overall OK:)

The room is dirty, the bed is dirty, the bathroom, mirror, pretty much everything is dirty. The AC isn't just noisy and not cold enough, but it's also dripping very bad. I could barely sleep at night. Plus the amenities is very limited. There's no water boiler, no hair dryer, and other standard amenities for mid to low hotel. There's only flip flop, toothbrush, and low quality of soap that's also already mixed with water. The standard is surprisingly low compared to other 101 Urban hotel's standard or even to other middle to low segment hotel. One of my worst stay experience ever.

Air conditioner room was not cool even shift to other room at the same class and room was very smell, tidy, finally accepted CS suggestions to upgrade room class by cash. It is really not polite to push customer for comfortable room.
