The aircon was not cool enough with full cold setting

Request for non smoking room, however being informed during check in only, for the type of room I have booked it's not available for non smoking room, was travelling with children hence is not convenience & healthy to smell residue of cigarettes and smokes

Location, staff and cleanliness is OK and basic, worth the price. But I even couldn't finish my night sleeping because of the noisy night club + building exhaust (the hotel located right behind the big building which has night club). I woke up at 1:30 AM and my wife couldn't even get a proper sleep since 9PM. I decided to move out at 1:45 and drive back home.

Close to the shopping center, malls and easy access to GBK. I stayed there for 3 days 2 nights at 7046. I arrived at the hotel before the check in time and surprisingly the room is ready. Something that need to be improved, such as: 1. The staffs in front office need to improve their hospitality skills (do not forget to smile and make the guest feels welcome). They did not ask for deposit to me but they asked it to my friend. Dunno why. 2. The cleanlines: I found little cockroaches in my bathroom on the first night I stayed and I also attached the pict. I directly called to the reception at that night and he said he will do the treatment tomorrow. That was so exhausted.. I can't slept at that night.. and in the morning I came to the reception counter and inform to one of the staff and it seems that he did not get any update and he tried to call the housekeeper. At that day, they just sent a casual worker who brought the sprayer to my room while after a few minutes the cockroaches appeared again more and more. So terrible.

It was a nice 4D3N staycay ☺️ Just relaxing for me and the fam! The only downside was just the pool. The water was way too cold! There’s no kiddy pool, and some part of the pool was too dirty to even swam at 🙂 Need more attention on the pool and maybe make it more kids friendly. Other than that, the food was awesome and we find the chefs are very helpful, my husband is American and when he ask something that wasn’t at the buffet, they go beyond and make it for him 🫶🏼 SLAY to the Chefs! Staffs are mostly friendly and genuinely happy. Wud lovee to comeback!

Staff hotel helpful, easy check in and check out, very near to shopping malls and easy access, very clean and comfortable, definitely great hotel for staycation

Best food I ever tasted in similary priced hotel, but damn the nightclub at their sunroof surely makes it hard to have a good night sleep.

The AC in room 306 was very bad. It 's not cold and sleep was uncomfortable.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is included, and have enough option. Very spacious room, and never ceases to amaze me. Old hotel, but well maintained and very clean.
