Good location to DMK airport by taxi, clean, large room, comfort, good staffs, they are professional to answer the question. The room service food send under cook fry fish but refund the bill.

Shower storage is dirty. I stayed here morethan 3 times. Please change its. [I can't upload photos].

Very good cost performance. As hotel is locate near main road, there is noise from traffic but overal Narra is good hotel as it cost.

not all staff can speak English. this language barrier sometimes feel hard. however, the facilities are good (gym, swimming pool and kids palyground)

The place was not like the photos. It is an outdated building. It needs to be renovated. The service was OK. People are friendly.

Please install bowl bidet in the toilet. Because of that, I refuse to stay 1 more night and took another hotel.
