Sorry for the place is very uncomfortable because it seems dirty and shabby plus for the jet sky game is not optimal according to time because the jet sky is trouble but not given a replacement so it's a loss to pay while for the other 3 games are less exciting because the route used clashes with other company routes. Greetings

Staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of your groups who push around. Smell of fuel also not nice. But the experience is ok. Friendly and good staff make up for it!❤️

Cool, best view, nice people, friendly "cool" mbok and the buying is good❤️🔥 cm, there's just 1 disappointment, I was disappointed when I ordered parasailing, I ordered 2 tickets because my child couldn't ride yet, I had to get 2 cards but I got 1 because the timer was longer than before just like the others. Just enter it according to the ticket that has already been ordered, don't be like that with the excuse that it takes a long time, so we can also replace it with someone else, as long as it is flown again according to what was ordered, that's my suggestion so that the SMS is fine.

It's worthed if you buy from Traveloka for any kind of watersport adventure in Tanjung Benoa or Nusa Dua...I've got the best price at that time Rp 347,000 for 2 persons for Tandem adventure parasailing....while when you directly buy that ticket on the spot in Tanjung Benoa , you will get 5 TIMES price higher per person !!!😳😳....So, you have to pay 10 times price higher for 2 persons..
if you buy on the spot. Better buy it through Traveloka...😍

The guy who took the photo while snorkeling was friendly, but the guy who took the banana boat and parasailing photos was quiet and didn't interact much, so he was embarrassed to ask for photos of this and that. When snorkeling, the water was murky but it was still fun.

Bad!! Very bad! It was very crowded. While queueing for parasailing, some people just walked pass through the queue led by one of staff, while most of us just standing for 30 mins, under a very hot sunny day, without any roof on top of our head. Feels like being baked. Moreover, the staff member who was supposed to guide us (mr. Aguz) did absolutely nothing at all !!! Just because we bought the package from Traveloka (promo price), they didn’t serve us well. On top of that, the toilet and changing rooms were filthy and smelly. So grossed. Many international visitors, and it’s humiliating for Bali.
