This place is worth every penny train station across the street ,bar and food on main floor ,staff were great from check in to check out ,any questions i had were answered right there i will stay here whenever i am in sydney

The staff were really friendly and informative! Room was pretty cosy, only thing the cord on the blind was broken, so I couldn't roll up to let in the morning sun. Room was clean and quiet, located near shops and easy parking.

VERY quiet room considering it’s over a pub so good soundproofing with the exception of some random banging every night the 4 nights I stayed there but not loud enough to keep you awake and not all night. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, pretty clean (but I’m a cleaner and def wasn’t to a great standard) super convenient next to the train station, Woolies and places to eat close by. Staff were ok on check in. Would def stay again.

Very clean, maiden bathroom and pub is basic but good. Shops close by including supermarket. Train across the road.

Excellent service

I recently stayed at this hotel. I would like to kindly bring to your attention some issues I encountered during my stay, which unfortunately affected the quality of my experience. Firstly, the room I was assigned had a strong smell of paint, which I believe was due to its close to an area that had been recently painted. The odor was quite noticeable and made it difficult to relax comfortably in the room. Secondly, on Saturday morning, there was construction work taking place near my room. The noise started quite early and disrupted my sleep, leaving me feeling exhausted for the entire day, and I believe there is law that limits Saturday construction, which I have informed the worker. While I understand that maintenance and upgrades are sometimes necessary, I believe it would have been helpful to be informed in advance or offered an alternative room farther from the affected areas. Given the circumstances, I would like to kindly request a refund for three nights of my stay, as I believe the disturbances significantly impacted my comfort and rest. Comfortable 3 night stay in newly renovated Queen Delux Room. Room has adequate amenities with aircon, refrigerator and hot water jug however lacks a microwave oven. Although next to a main road the room was very quiet. Affordable 3 day rate on Hotels.com made the accommodation good value for money.

Wake up in the morning at 7.20am no drop of water can be use for toilet, shower, or even brush the teeth, or wash the face. No warning given. Ask someone down stair said water will be in there in 10 minute. By 8.50am still nothing happen, I have a businesses metting at 9.30 am. By force I walk out from my room with out shower, toilet or even brush my teeth. Thank you for treating me like this. No words I can described....

Great price. Great location. Very close to train. Shops, cafes etc. all close by. Rooms had been spruced up and in great condition. Only downside was some renovation work at time of our stay. Will stay again next visit to Sydney.

Great location right next to the train station and free parking. Excellent value for money: a motel quality room at pub prices. No pub noise in the rooms, and couldn't hear the trains. Bistro meals restaurant quality at pub generous servings - very yummy and wide variety. When renovations finish it will be a great peaceful and pleasant stay.

It was about 10 years since I last stayed here and it is still great. Very clean and modern with super helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Clean old pub rooms with better than average fittings. Comfortable and well kept. Bar staff were friendly and helpful on check in. Location is great - right near the station.
