Old hotel but with excellent service. Followed the Health Protocol. Fast check in and checked out. Cooperative employees from front office, HK, and FB. All special request I've ordered full fill great fully. Connecting rooms (the view was spectacular) and Graduation treat. Thank You Aston Solo. It was my second visit and will be visit again.

It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!

I love really staycation at Harris Hotel Solo. It’s Modern style and You should staying here when visiting SOLO. Specially ask for room with fly over room. You can see mountains of Merapi & Merbabu. You can see also sunset when the weather are Good. One important things is the friendly staff who ready to help you. I recommended Harris for staycation on SOLO. Kind Regards, Adi

I ordered family room which contains 3 single bed. The room is clean and comfort enough. The facilities in the room were complete. I love the breakfast that they are served, it has various menus and it has good taste. Also, The staff over there is friendly. Grand HAP maybe is not a big hotel but the facilities is very complete, there are swimming pool, fitness center and spa. I would stay in Grand HAP if I visit solo again.

Alila Solo
The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly. The service at the sky lounge was excellent, we met mbak Tisa and pak Wawan they were very friendly and helpful. We had enjoyable stay at Alila Solo and we certainly will stay at Alila in our next trips to Solo. I think Alila is one of the best hotels that we had ever stayed.

The hotel is good, but less food place/Restaurant nearby the Hotel. Hotel location is a little bit distance from the central city. Room Check-Inn is too Late/14:00-while check out Time 12 12:00. Hotel Rate is above standard rate for all type of rooms. Its more suitable for Business visitors than Family visit.
