This accommodation is perfect for families with small kids. Room was beautifully setup. While waiting for check in, kids were entertained with ice-cream and balloon sculpting. $60 credits were used for our dinner and light snacks from the nearby food, so convenient especially for Muslims! Great stay!

The room was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities as stated. One thing I really liked was their smart TV, instead of just being able to surf the usual TV channels, I was able to connect my phone to the TV and play my own YouTube videos and shows from my phone, which I thought was quite cool. The hotel didn't feel congested or overcrowded at all despite the concierge informing us that they were almost fully booked that day, which was nice. They had a good breakfast spread-quite a variety of choices from oriental to american breakfast. Location was amazing as well! Right in the city centre-just right across the road from the MRT (City Hall) and near food places (Chijmes) and a mall (Raffles City), it was a breeze getting food and going to shop. Overall a 5/5 stay and would love to come back again!

The room was neat and basic with no frills, but roomy and functional. Certain furnishing and fixtures were rather aged and not in tip-top condition (visible defects such as cracks in the bath tub), but nothing major and not a cause for complaint. However, the soundproofing of the room wasn't good-could rather easily hear the noises from the neighboring room. A major plus of this hotel is that it offers complimentary parking in its small private car park. The location is also almost unparalleled from a convenience/sightseeing/shopping perspective. An MRT station is at its doorstep and Dhoby Ghaut and Bugis are just a short distance away.

The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were connected. The view was of a building that had caught fire. There was a tv with local channels. The maid service was nice. The laundry service was confusing. I loved staying here because it was close to the MRT and convenience stores.

I really liked the aesthetics of the room and the hotel. Detailed in curating a good experience for customers. Room a little small but just right for soloist~ The bar looks very good on the exterior, didn't get to go. The breakfast was decent and valuable for price paid. Would definitely want to send my regards and appreciation to the service given for my stay from the 21 to 22nd May 2022. Booked 2 rooms to host an advance birthday celebration. Yet again One Farrer hotel has surprised us with the many gems of customer service. Pre-arrival. Once again, through email communications, Jocelyn from Front Office was very welcoming as usual and arranged everything in order for my arrival's convenience. Really appreciate everything she has done and am thankful! Check-in Kit from reception was efficient in explaining the tight occupancy and invited us to the lounge. Nonetheless, would really like to thank Eugene & Team for providing quality service and service recovery on the small hiccups that happen throughout the stay. Kudos to housekeeping too for their fast response. Lounge. Last but not least, Mr Malek has definitely brought the standards of customer service to the next level, portraying professionalism in his work and ensuring my family was well-taken care of the whole time. We indulged in such treatment that we barely left the lounge and hotel. I still remember at times Malek was extremely polite in serving us which is really another gem in the hotel which serves as an extreme role model to his service and his peers. Thanks, Malek, we will be back! Nonetheless, appreciate the service given and would like to thank the team for the wonderful stay. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Bencoolen Hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport, food options, and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the best things about this hotel is their thoughtful service. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to leave our luggage and even use their shower facilities before heading to the airport. This made our trip much more convenient! Highly recommend for travelers looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Singapore. Will definitely come back!

Village Hotel Bugis by Far East Hospitality
The hotel is very close to activities area like Sultan Mosque, Haji Lane, Arab Street, Bugis Village, etc, near Bugis MRT station, Stamford sch bus stop, friendly staff, and clean rooms, I like this hotel and will stay again some day.

The staff is very accommodating, the place is very accessible where you can buy food ride a bus and also near in attraction like Haji lane, Arab street and Bugis. Slightly near in MRT station, just a 10 minutes walk going station. This is the best hostel to stay.

The room is not big but somehow very spacious, very clean and the bed really comfortable. They got complimentary snacks and drinks, great amenities. The location also good, a few minutes walk to both MRT bugis and Bus stations, 7-Elevens, and other attractions. They also have water dispenser in lobby for you to refill. The staffs are very welcome and friendly. I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay here
