can't sleep the room no air circulation. the only way to make the room temperature is calm by opening the door. but I don't brave enough to open the door while sleeping

Staff are perfect and accommodating at all times. Room and facilities may need to update as some aircon are out to date

They did not clean it even though I requested cleaning service, it was left for the next day. My 200 dollars were stolen, I left it in the room for safekeeping, they did not take any responsibility. They gave me a room with a broken shower head, the window does not open, the room is taped shut, do not leave money in the room because the rooms are safe at the hotel.

All staff give the service excellent. Location near to public area.

I love staying here with my daughter, booked for a week then extend for another 4 days .. the resort is Old Balinese style the rooms is huge balcony, feel like I staying in a private place and the pool area is amazing I was doubt to stay longer as I read some negative the reviews but during check in was turn out the place is more than my expectations, The staff are also nice 😍 the price for the location wise and the service itself more than worthy
