Apartment in Tuban

It is far from my expectation of 4 stars hotel. The Hotel is old and the traffic really bad. One of the room that I got, always have a crack noise whenever I open the main door, and it is hard to open, looks like the door already too old and not get maintain properly. The looks of the room just good in the pictures but whenever we get into the room, it is far from expectation.

This hotel staff very helpful and polite, the room are clean and the food are delicious, next will stay again in this hotel

Room 329 need maintance to noisy and ac is not cold enough and more sanitize for room to avoid small animal we did upgrade to 212 its was satisfied. We enjoyed with beautiful view area hotel all the staff have nice attitude very humble, friendly for reception was helpful any trouble to the guest. Overall thank you very much we are enjoyed to staycation in hotel Famous. In forwad we will back for holiday

This place near airport but place very bad for staying long time. I just recommend this hotel for transit or waiting flight in the night 🙏🏻.

5G (good service, good location, good hotel, good staff, good breakfast

The drain in our room was backed up, we had to take a shower in a puddle of water. Food ordered was not really tasty. On the other hand staff were friendly.

Dead flies on the floor. Window did not open. Weak ac. Itchy bedsheets, terrible smell in the night either from the bathroom or outside. Do not recommend.
