Its close to cafe and thrift. I could go out by myself choosing street food whatever I want

no hot water, gave us unreasonable reason

The hotel is old. Front desk staffs are not so friendly. The carpet with cigarette holes, linen with holes and not white anymore, arm chair’s cushion broken and smelly and chair with cigarette hole, are all worn out. Need renovation. Close to harbour bay mall, but the mall it self almost empty. Good that there is a supermarket. Close to other mall but hard to find reliable taxi in Batam, dominated by unregistered taxi who charge unreasonable fare.

Highly recommended for business trip

I'm back haha really can't missed this place tho, always satisfied with everything. Thank you for the simple decorations and that surprise complimentary cake my partner love it so much it's been a pleasure to stay in your place again love the hospitality and ambience of the place, interested on trying the suites tho on my next visit 😜 I'll see you soon swiss-bellin and yeah send my regards to all the staff over there
