I didn't check carefully before buying, so when I got to the airport, it was very difficult to find the sim. The sim is in Klia2 but I went to Klia 1 international airport. Everything else is fine. It's best to buy the sim at home before going, or go to the airport, there are many counters there to buy directly.

The staff is very friendly, exchanging vouchers is also easy and fast to serve.

The redeem location is at KLIA2. The booth is in the middle, not on the edge. The guy on duty was a bit passive so I was too lazy to ask how to activate it. Luckily it's easy, just restart your phone.

The SIM card must be picked up at the counter after passing through immigration (there is a counter before passing through immigration). The staff is efficient, check email and immediately give the SIM card. The tool to open the SIM card slot is also there so you can borrow it. Buying the 10 GB one for 10 days turned out to be enough. The Tune Talk sim card is ok while in KL and Genting. The internet is smooth, there are no interruptions at all. It is cheaper to buy in the app compared to when buying at KLIA Airport

Location at KLIA 2 Airport, after immigration exit, in the middle in front of the subway. Very helpful staff, assisted in installation and registration until it can be used. The price is cheaper at Traveloka than buying on the spot. Also cheaper than provider roaming packages. The network is very strong and stable.
