The exchange process is very fast, but the internet signal is not very fast compared to Thailand. I use Instagram, Line, and Facebook normally. On the 3rd or 4th day, the internet started to run out.

Not complicated, easy to find, smooth signal

The staff is quite helpful, and the prices are affordable.

Using the 7-day package, on the 3rd/4th day, tethering is no longer possible.

The network is stable and doesn't lag. The support staff is enthusiastic.

Easy to claim, just go the outsite after immigration counter not before. Good signal all around KL. fast 4G coverage.

While in Malay KL the signal is good even though it is shared.

In general, the network is okay, tested with Speedtest, the download speed is OK, about 30Mbps, the upload speed is only 5Mbps, I tested in Penang. If you buy for normal needs, calling and texting is OK in my opinion. The store staff is okay, nothing to praise, nothing to complain about.

Everyone, please note that this place to change SIM is after entering the country and getting your luggage. Because before entering the country, there is also a place selling Tune Talk SIMs, but I couldn't change the SIM I bought here. I found the price of the SIM to be cheap, the network was stable, I was able to use it for about 12 days without any worries. Everyone should buy it!

Not as described… never get 5G signal. Signal goes up and down, sometimes suddenly loses signal.

please consider where you landed, in KLIA 1 or 2 because in my case I landed in KLIA 1 then I need to go to KLIA 2 to pick up my card which cost me 2RM for KLIA Xpress ride, on which overall it will be the same price with the one I can get on KLIA 1. not to mention I have to wait for the KLIA Xpress schedule, so it isnkinda wasting time for the price differences but overall the experience for pickup the card is ok, staff is helpful

The staff wasn't friendly, she was stucked at screen and the didn't answer when I ask. So I showed my voucher, and went immediately as I got my sim card 😄😅
