Super friendly staff is the key point. Although we went there in a rainy day, but the tour was still on. The guide - Hieu was very nice to introduce each animal sessions to us. Very enthusiastic staff of Zoodoo.

Before, the ticket waiting area was wide enough for children to play and wait for tickets, but now it has been reduced. The animals are the same compared to nearly 10 years ago, only Cappypala is added. They said they are raised naturally but are still locked in cages, unlike the zoo in PQ. Anyone who buys an electronic ticket should consider carefully because it will be inconvenient for me because I cannot change the time or date, it is very complicated, while buying tickets in advance has no priority or benefit, only a benefit of about 10k or so.

Because it is a zoo, there are many children, although the staff tried to guide the parents, the parents did not seem to care much about the experience of others. The space is clean, the animals are well taken care of. There are almost no directions to the ticket exchange area and they are only in Vietnamese, no English, so my family with foreigners felt very lost. It is too crowded on weekends, so I recommend going to the zoo during the week for those who want a better experience and less children!

Booking tickets through the app is a bit cheaper, choosing your own time but taking the zoodoo bus is still flexible in arranging sightseeing, the whole trip back is on schedule. Families should go because the animals are so cute, but the zoo is a bit smelly hihi. The staff is cute, giving detailed instructions. Worth the experience.

The zoo is very suitable for families with children. There are many cute and friendly animals that children love such as capybara, kangaroo, raccoon, etc. Buy tickets at Traveloka and exchange them at the counter quickly and conveniently. After getting the tickets, you will wait until the departure time with a tour guide accompanying the group.
