Super friendly staff is the key point. Although we went there in a rainy day, but the tour was still on. The guide - Hieu was very nice to introduce each animal sessions to us. Very enthusiastic staff of Zoodoo.

The zoo is very suitable for families with children. There are many cute and friendly animals that children love such as capybara, kangaroo, raccoon, etc. Buy tickets at Traveloka and exchange them at the counter quickly and conveniently. After getting the tickets, you will wait until the departure time with a tour guide accompanying the group.

The tour organization was good, you could interact with animals in a right way. Other facilities are just so so (the restrooms were not clean, the price of drinks in the cafeteria was quite high).

It takes about an hour to get from the center of Da Lat to ZooDoo. When you arrive, the staff will be enthusiastic and support you. Tour guides will provide specific information about the animals and show you how to interact with them.

Had a great time here despite the constant rain. It's pretty far away from the central city but not difficult at all to get to (we travelled by rented motorbikes). The staff is very friendly and helpful, the animal are well taken care of. I will come back here one day, want to experience it in a more sunny and dry setting

far from the center but worth the experience, the animals here are taken care of quite well by the staff. However, the lunch is a bit poor and there are few dishes to choose from, I chose to try the egg and bacon rice but it didn't suit my taste.

I came here for the second time. The location is a bit far from the center but it's okay to walk slowly. When I got there, the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The animals were cute, but some of them were a bit aggressive. I was jumped and stepped on by an Alpaca on my back, which hurt a bit. The tour guide should open the door for customers to leave that area earlier to avoid customers being attacked.

The staff at zoodoo are enthusiastic, but having too many constraints and explaining too much at a speed that is too fast can easily make customers uncomfortable and have headaches, especially the elderly! There are not as many animals as imagined! The accompanying services are expensive! If you haven't been there yet, you should go once to know, but if you come back, you will have to think more!
