We were a 10 person family group that stayed over the weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was a pleasant stay at De Paviljoen Bandung. Strategic location, all staffs were friendly and helpful (all of them!), rooms were clean, good facilities and the covid19 health protocols were applied in good manner as well. Breakfast menu and taste were also very good! I got a complimentary Birthday Cake surprise on our breakfast, it was a very pleasant experience stayed there, will be back again! - Please keep up the good work De Paviljoen!

We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is located in quiet upper class residential area. There are fine restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated, clean and equipped with various amenities. View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. You can rent car from this hotel as well if you don't have transport. The bedroom and the bathroom were clean. But in my room, the positioning of the bathroom is quite weird because the door is facing towards the bed

Will be back to stay in this hotel if we visit Bandung next time. We love the pool area. The hot and cold water pools are so comfortable. Not to mention the sauna and steam rooms. However, next time we will book exclude breakfast, since the menu and the taste are not so good. It is better to hunt delicious local food street for breakfast
