We were a 10 person family group that stayed over the weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was a pleasant stay at De Paviljoen Bandung. Strategic location, all staffs were friendly and helpful (all of them!), rooms were clean, good facilities and the covid19 health protocols were applied in good manner as well. Breakfast menu and taste were also very good! I got a complimentary Birthday Cake surprise on our breakfast, it was a very pleasant experience stayed there, will be back again! - Please keep up the good work De Paviljoen!

Thank you for the hospitality, we really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. While swimming, our child's sandals were left behind, then they were secured by the staff. During the stay felt safe and comfortable. We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. The hotel is located in quiet upper class residential area. There are fine restaurants nearby. The room is well decorated, clean and equipped with various amenities. View from hotel restaurant in 10th floor is amazing especially during clear weather in night time. My improvement suggestion is to eliminate audible noise from rooms next doors.

We went there for a company retreat which just nice that the Family Caravan provides 2 bedrooms and a living room that very useful for our private sessions. The Caravan is looking brand new, very clean, hot shower is available, the scenery is refreshing, and definitely the slanting outdoor lift is stunning with gorgeous view!

Dirty, Smelly, Unhygenic, Bed Bugs, Mites,
Spoilt furniture, Aircond problematic, hot water not functioning, cigarette smell from the ventilation system, room not cleaned properly from previous guest, flooding shower area, disgusting carpets.
Room was changed after complaint but still same issues. Not worth the budget price.
Management not interested in making this hotel habitable.
