Near to KA feeder for kereta api cepat. Near to any access and easy get e-hailing service.

Great place to stay for a good price. The wifi is super stable and the room is clean too. Plus, it is very accesible and near to city centre.

The staff are OK. I like the free drinking water. The bed is OK. But the bathroom is dirty, the shower has no hot water, and the towels are just terrible. The towels are quite clean, but they hardly absorb water, next to useless. The kettle is a bit broken, and doesn't turn off after the water boil up. Very dangerous.

Revolting hotel. I had the worst experience. The room smelt like a ashtray. While I demand for a change of room. And the staff turned the blind eye. Keep on asking and they keep on running around in circles until I gave up.

The bedroom very not comfortable with darken lights and unstable bed (maybe some broken), there is so dirty on the wall especially in the bathroom and the faucet is very rusty with the water flow is very small. But the main problem is there are so many babies ' cockroaches on the floor, wall and bathroom! It 's a big no for me. The telephone in the room is not functional, it 's off, so I cannot call the receptionist or room service to complain. I also go to the receptionist by myself and direct complain but they just say,"thank you for your input", what the. Very disappointed and I will never come back to this hotel. Thanks.

The city view was great and always enjoy location since it is in a mall, lots of food choice.
