Love to stay at Neo Denpasar. Strategically located on Gatot Subroto Street (main street in Bali), and surrounded with restaurants, made my stay complete. Yet, the window has a little gap.

It was a solid 5-star rating from me, based on how the staff provided the best service & the facilities that are spot on for such an affordable price. I bet you won't regret your decision to stay here. What a lovely place!

I was staying at the hotel for 3 nights. There are some positives & negatives during my 3-night stay. The positives: 1. For a budget hotel, the TV channels available on TV are surprisingly good, unlike other budget hotels I've ever been to; 2. The hotel's surroundings are also nice since it's not located on the main street, only the main street is indeed poorly jammed all the time probably because of holiday season. 3. The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially when the water was out for a night. The negatives: 1. The bedroom we got is not cleaned thoroughly. The first time we checked in, there was a used toothpick left on the edge on the bathroom's window. (I didn't take picture of this) 2. Not all facilities can be used: the fridge was not functional, the balcony has no ceilings. 3. Some walls in the hotel needs to be repainted. There are a lot of wall cracks in the bedroom and also on the hotel's aisle. 4. On our first night stay, there was water outage. But the following day, somehow the water pressure is not that good. But for overall staying experience, I'd give 7 out of 10. I would consider staying at this hotel once again & hopefully they improved from these issues.
