The shower 🚿 bathroom need to replace.

Not a reccomendation, let alone the service and the rooms are not comfartable, so far away from the front hotel and darkness.

But the sound of neighbour outside from hotel is disturbing, the night club nearby.

Food need to be improved. Room was OK. Location was good.

It was my second time to stay here.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The check in and check out was fast. Room Key is manual. The room is clean, size as described in the app. Tha aircon is right facing the bed, so if you are sensitive you probably get nausea in the morning. The bed has some smell, my husband can't sleep because of the bed smell. But me and kid is too tired to care about the smell 😂. The shower have no warm water or maybe we didn't have luck for it. There is no amenities but soap. For towel please ask reception. Food we didn't try because we leave early before. And worth the price. Just an advice for the hotel, you may use uv lamp to sterilize the, and put some aircon protector.

“Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the Stay”. My experience in this room was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed the room was filthy, with dirt and debris everywhere. The air conditioning unit was leaking, and despite asking the receptionist for assistance, no one ever came to check or fix the issue. They also promised us two bottles of water, but after inquiring, I was told they would be brought to the room later—yet no one ever showed up. The bathroom was in horrible condition; The water wouldn't drain, and when I looked at the drain, it was full of hair and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. They provided shampoo and body wash, but one of the bottles was only half full, leaving me wondering if it was someone else's leftover. To top it all off, the window hinge was broken, making it impossible to fully open or close the window. Overall, I was really dissatisfied with the cleanliness, maintenance, and the service I received. Would not recommend staying here.
