I had the pleasure of staying in a Deluxe Room at Aston Imperial Hotel Bekasi, and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the start, the check-in process was impressively quick and seamless, and the same can be said for check-out, which was efficient and hassle-free. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect space to relax. However, I did notice that when I wiped the floor with a tissue, it was still a bit dirty. The room came equipped with a mini fridge, tea, coffee, and a kettle, which were thoughtful touches. I would prefer bottled water in the room instead of refillable options, as it feels more hygienic. The bathroom was well-appointed with a complete set of toiletries and even included a hair dryer, which added to the convenience. Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, and the food was delicious. My personal favorite was the fresh vegetable salad with its flavorful dressing – it was truly a treat! I'd also like to extend my gratitude to one of the staff members, Mas Indra, who was incredibly friendly and helpful during breakfast. In summary, my stay at Aston Imperial Hotel Bekasi was enjoyable, with only a few minor issues. The service, amenities, and food were commendable, and I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

About the location: I chose the hotel because it is close to the station, malls that are within walking distance. The hotel is located next to the freeway which is very noisy at night with trucks and large vehicles. As the room did not have a good soundproofing, this was a big problem as it caused me no sleep at all.

An ideal hotel for short business trip. I quite enjoy stay here in the Green Sans Hotel. Ambiance/Facilities: The ambiance of the light was warm and cozy. The airco and the scent was so relaxing. I had morning flight, so I cannot enjoy the food. Staff Assistance: the staff really helpful and kind. They served very well. Price: the price was affordable. And the value was beyond the price. You'll get nice experience by stay here. Location is strategic enough, in the centre of the city. I spent not more than 10 K by gojeg to reach the centre of the city.
