Everything was good, the room, the accessibility because its inside a mall, but sometimes it only has 1 lift access available to the mall, then whenever you order grab or gojek to pick you up from lobby you still need to pay parking fee

Easy check in. Comfortable room. The breakfast good, many food variation.

1. Staff friendliness is quite good. 2. Cleanliness is also okay. 3. Food is varied and has good taste. 4. About the location: I chose the hotel because it is close to the station, malls that are within walking distance. The hotel is located next to the freeway which is very noisy at night with trucks and large vehicles. As the room did not have a good soundproofing, this was a big problem as it caused me no sleep at all.

An ideal hotel for short business trip. I quite enjoy stay here in the Green Sans Hotel. Ambiance/Facilities: The ambiance of the light was warm and cozy. The airco and the scent was so relaxing. I had morning flight, so I cannot enjoy the food. Staff Assistance: the staff really helpful and kind. They served very well. Price: the price was affordable. And the value was beyond the price. You'll get nice experience by stay here. Location is strategic enough, in the centre of the city. I spent not more than 10 K by gojeg to reach the centre of the city.
