This hotel management is a Scam!
It's not even close to 2 stars hotel in terms of facilities, cleanlines and service.
While we ask for amend our booking as the facility matter, they just simply ignored our concern.
We were forced to check out after 1 night staying, on January 4, 2025 because we were very stressed and felt very uncomfortable while staying at the Kanjeng Sanur Hotel. The very bad experience we had while staying 1 night was as follows:
1. We were very surprised when we had just laid down, suddenly a cockroach jumped and fell on our bodies and then ran to the sofa next to it. The photo of the cockroach is as in the attachment.
2. At that time we wanted to drink hot tea to refresh our minds and forget the cockroach tragedy. we planned to make hot tea. But we were shocked when we saw the cup was very dirty and there were a lot of maggots in the cup. We tried to use another cup, it turned out to be just as dirty. Maybe because the dirt had been there for a long time, it was difficult to clean with water. You can see the photo of the cup in the attachment.
3. After we forced ourselves to sleep, from the bed, we saw that the legs of the table looked black and damp. It looked like a place where insects or small mosquitoes had gathered. The photo can be seen in the attachment.
4. In general, the interior of the room and the bathroom equipment and wash basin looked old and unclean. The photos are attached.
