While waiting for check in, kids were entertained with ice-cream and balloon sculpting. $60 credits were used for our dinner and light snacks from the nearby food, so convenient especially for Muslims! The room was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities as stated. One thing I really liked was their smart TV, instead of just being able to surf the usual TV channels, I was able to connect my phone to the TV and play my own YouTube videos and shows from my phone, which I thought was quite cool. The hotel didn't feel congested or overcrowded at all despite the concierge informing us that they were almost fully booked that day, which was nice. They had a good breakfast spread-quite a variety of choices from oriental to american breakfast. Location was amazing as well! Right in the city centre-just right across the road from the MRT (City Hall) and near food places (Chijmes) and a mall (Raffles City), it was a breeze getting food and going to shop. Overall a 5/5 stay and would love to come back again!

Would recommend! Great choice for a staycation! The location is very good as is connected to three big malls. The lobby and bubble lifts are really eye-catching with the design of John Portman architecture! The hotel is big with different facilities including a pool, chess, gym, table tennis, kids playing area, etc. Staff are generally kind and responsive; Special Kodus to Abhi (from reception) and Rey (for entertainment) who made a good impression that we recalled their names :) They ensure we have a good time at Pan Pacific. We could have early check-in and slight late check-out, with a Deluxe room view of Swissotel. The room doesn't feel luxurious and modern but is comfortable. Surprisingly there is no coffee machine. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety and nice quality. Sadly exterior lifts below level 22 rooms cannot be used easily.

After seeing the reviews of other guests, I was a bit scared to bring my family to this staycation. But when I actually checked in/my stay things aren't that bad and actually me and my family quite like this hotel.- Booked 4 rooms for 3d2n.- Check in was seamless fast/efficient just need get everyone's ID and the key is ready. Staff explained to us the details such as free parking/booking of pools limit to 5 guest/- As our rooms got is without breakfast staff explained to us that is $ 10 per person. So we gave it a try for 1D. -When we stepped into our rooms we were quite happy first thing first, room with Singapore flyer view.- Rooms' TV with Netflix! -Rooms are clean and although was a bit old but I must say is big + clean! - Room amenities that they even provide hotel slippers/cotton stick/body lotion!- I must say that for the location/room size and cleanliness is most important definitely I will come back to this hotel again! My experience/stay was definitely a pleasant one. Things are not really that bad from what other guest review la. Maybe different people different expectations. But I find it good. Will definitely be back again soon!

Really loved the stay and service! Had some issues with the room and Nicole offered to upgrade our room to the next category (Marina Bay view room to Collyer suite) and even asked if we wanted to take a look first since the view would be compromised. The suite was so much better than having a room with a view, thanks so much for the hospitality. They even brought the key card up to us and offered to help us move. The free wine given was also so splendid, the moving was all but a minor inconvenience and we so loved and enjoyed the suite room. We were also allowed an even later check out of 6pm -> 8pm. This is my third time in Fullerton and would definitely come here again! Dining here was awesome and we enjoyed the food thoroughly too. Facilities also is always top-notch. Loved the pool and gym facilities and use of sauna.

The staff is super friendly, early check in at its best too! The room is comfy, just one of the reading lamps is not working properly. On the otherhand, the ambience, the view and the interconnecting hub to the mall makes easier until reaching airport

I came in the morning with a long queue.. at first I feel annoyed because I had to stand for almost 30 mins.. but when I got my turn, an old lady greet me warmly.. I could feel her hospitality.. and I know why her table had a long line.. she is very kind and friendly (sorry I forgot the name, if I'm not mistaken it started with A).. she gave me an early check in with my room upgraded.. I got corner room, large space and amazing view.. All staffs was very nice, very helpful.. the lady who clean our room also had very good attitude.. She did her job well..
I got no issue with the hotel room though the renovation is in progress.. The bathroom has bidet, that is important too for us.. but the most important thing is my mother happy to stay there.. Thank you Peninsula Excelsior..
