Good location, near to Bell Tower and Drum Tower. So closed to Muslim street. Big room and clean. Breakfast was completed, chinese and western foods.

Good location but hotel is old

The heater in room is not working, the temperature was too hot. The room is clean and comfy. I don’t know about the rules in this hotel, but the bellboy ask tip when he brought our bag (i think tip is not a must even though you will give to them because he already helped you). The location is very strategic in Xian

The hotel location is close to major tourist destinations. Friendly staffs, many choices for breakfast, and provides free self service laundry.

Alhamdulillah sangat menyenangkan menginap 3 malam di sini dari tanggal 10 november 2018 berdua dengan suami. View pas malam hari adalah bell tower dengan lampu lampu dan kesibukan kota yang indah. Dekat stasiun subway (di depan hotel) memudahkan mau kemana-mana. Ke muslim quarter jalan sekitar 10 menit melalui under pas. Muslim quarter dekat dengan drum tower dan great mosque. Resepsionis bisa bahasa inggris, dan sangat membantu, dekat atm, Mal dan pusat pusat keramaian kota. Recommended saat mengunjungi kota indah dan kuno (ya). Nama hotel ini dalam bahas china adalah zhonglou hotel atau spring city hotel.

Great location, near City Wall and metro station. Hotel staff very helpful, great service, and have well english spoken.

Got upgraded to Grand Mercure due to an error by the taxi I rode on. A little more walk compared to Mercure but got buffet breakfast for free which is not a bad deal. Room was comfortable and clean, you even get free use of the pool in Sofitel.. Facilities are not so new so a little patience is needed particular on the hot water on the shower.

สภาพโรงแรมห้องอาหารค่อนข้างเก่า อาหารแต่ละวันตอนเช้าเหมือนเลี้ยงหมูเลย ห้องพักไม่ดี ทีวีมีเสียงบ้างไม่มีเสียงบ้าง ห้องน้ำก็ไม่ดี แอร์ก็ไม่ทำงาน ดีว่าช่วงนี้เป็นช่วงอากาศเย็น ทำให้นอนได้ ผมทำกาแฟหกใส่ผ้าขนหนูซึ่งเก่า ค่อนข้างเก่ามาก ใช้มานี่น่าจะหมดอายุแล้วทั้งโรงแรมคิดผมผืน 1 45 หยวน ซึ่งราคาแพงกว่าท้องตลาดมาก ผมทำของเขาเสียหน้าเสียหาย ผมยินดีรับผิดชอบ แต่ไม่ใช่การทำการค้าโดยการขายผ้าขนหนูให้แขก ซึ่งเอาเปรียบลูกค้ามากเกินไป มาตรฐานโรงแรมไม่ถึงครับ ขอบคุณนะครับ

Very clean, very fancy, good location, friendly and helpful staff, nice room, good mattress, good shower, very unexpected and highly recommended
