スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。立地は最高です。エレベーターと廊下に不快な臭いがありますが、それほどひどいものではありません。

Very spacious room..especially deluxe room

Not recommended if you want to some relax here. Check in Time is not flexible. If you arrived before time you have to wait or sight seeing other place (with hot weather 🙄) or pay more money (unfair) Just suitable only who have to change sleep place not relax place 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 The staff don't understand in english and poor service.

The staff were super friendly and their free shuttle to the mrt station and free breakfast is very convenient. The place was clean and it’s a comfortable stay. The most relaxing place of the entire trip!

I can rate this hotel only 4-star. The hotel room and facilities are good but there is no service mind from the staff. No attention to the inquiry of the customer. They can’t speak English well. The room maintenance is needed to improve. It is not worth to pay around 7000-8000 TWD/night for this room.

Rooms was awesome especially the toilet bowl, service will awesome and breakfast was awesome as well except for the bun. Can skip the bun and go for the sashimi instead. The onsen bath was good. No black out “curtains” though, room was quite bright after 6am had to put on eye mask.

โรงแรมอยู่บนเขา ได้ห้องเตียงคู่ชั้น 5 ไม่มีลิฟท์ ต้องเดินขึ้นบันไดไปหลายขั้น ห้องพักกว้าง 2 เตียง (ที่นอนนุ่ม 1 แข็งปานกลาง 1) มีอ่างน้ำแร่ในห้องพัก น้ำแรงมาก อาหารเช้าเน้นเต้าหู้และผัก รสชาติปานกลาง พนักงาน front ผู้ชายพูดภาษาอังกฤษดีมาก ให้บริการดี ตอน check out ช่วยเรียก taxi พาไปจิ่วเฟิน โดยรวมแล้วพอใจมาก
