도크랜드가 요즘 멜번에 신도시같은 느낌의 지역이지만 호텔 앞에 무료트램존이여서 시내 나가는데 전혀 어려움이 없고 전망이 정멀 멋지네요 가격도 너무 착하고 여기저기 여행을 많이 다녀서 좋은 호탤에 많이 묵어보았지만 가격대비 최고예요!!
왜 평점이 5점만점인지 알수있는 아파트네요 하지만 외곽투어 모이는 곳이랑은 좀 거리가 있지만 트램존이여서 가는데 지장은 없었어요~멜번에 다시 가더라고 묵고싶어요

거의 새벽 3시가 다되서 도착했는데 친절하게 마중나와서 아파트를 안내해주셨습니다. 시티중심은 아니더라도 하버쪽이라 전망도 답답하지도않고 프리트램도 가까운곳에서 탈수있어서 시티중심으로 나가기도 편리했습니다.세탁기가 고장났었는데 바로 직접교체해주시고 빠른서비스에 감동받았습니다.답답하고 복잡은거싫으면 도클랜드에서 지내는것도 나쁘지않은거같네요

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 10 8J) haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief sehr gut. Alles was sauber und hat funktioniertt. Lediglich der Kühlschrank war laut und es war schwierig ihn vom Strom zu trennen (nur über Stecker hinter dem Kühlschrank). Das war alles :) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Such an amazing spot. The view was awesome, the apartment was comfortable, the tram is right at the door, the parking was really convenient and Fab was just great at showing us through the building. I wouldn’t book anywhere else in Melbourne

The manager Cam was amazing and so helpful. Our unit was modern and clean, and we had amazing water views. Short walk to shops and lots of fun stuff for kids to do with bowling and boat hire. Short walk to free tram stop for easy access to the city. I highly recommend staying at this property.

とにかく管理の方が親切で良い方だった。早めのチェックアウトでも荷物を預かってくれるようです。朝晩の眺めも最高だし、赤ちゃん連れにも優しく助かりした。目の前にレストランもあるし、フリートラム内だし最高です

部屋は清潔で2ベッドルーム、2シャワールームあり便利でした。1番活躍したのは洗濯機と乾燥機です。バスタオルも洗濯できたので助かりました。ベッドもよくグッスリ眠ることができました。
こちらはホテルというよりアパートを借りている感じなので掃除もシーツ替え等もありませんが、セキュリティ面を考えて我が家では良かった点です。スーパーも近くにあり朝ごはんなどは部屋でサクッと食べて出かけることができました
ゴミなどはゴミ捨て場に捨てる必要があります
当初、英語でのやりとりにミスや勘違いがありました(荷物を9時に預けられると聞いたが都合が悪くなって預けに行かなかった,チェックインは2時からで、ホテルに行く30分前に連絡を入れればいいと思っていた)
が、当日に"本日は事務所を2時にしめる"と突然の変更メールが入りました。2時から4時がチェックインと聞いていて、朝からゆっくり観光していたので、急遽ホテルに向かうことになりました。2時3分に着いたら事務所は留守で15分ほど外で待つことになりました
来る30分前に連絡するよう何度も言われますが、できればチェックインする日は予定をあらかじめ早めに伝えておくことをおすすめします。管理の方は朝から荷物を預けに来ると思って待っていたようで申し訳ないことをしました。英語のコミュニケーションができる人には問題なしだと思います。管理の方はとても親切でしたが、かなりバタバタしてしまいました

I recently had the pleasure of staying in an apartment with stunning water views, and I must say, it was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with views of the sparkling water, which instantly put me at ease.
The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with modern furnishings and all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to whip up a meal and enjoy it while gazing out at the water.
The bedroom was cozy and inviting, with a comfortable bed and plush bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the water was truly magical.
But the highlight of the apartment was undoubtedly the balcony, where I spent hours soaking in the views and watching the boats go by. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the surrounding area.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. The water views alone make it worth the stay, and the comfortable accommodations only add to the experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy this little piece of paradise once again.
