Check in was easy. They send me a text message the day of check in with all the information I needed for my stay. Great communication from hotel. The villa was clean and tidy. There is a restaurant on the premises, tennis court, swimming pools, gym and beach is a short walk away. Will stay here again.

Please check the reporting email i had sent to Wotif customer service on 2nd day of stay at hotel:
washing maching not working
no remote to TV available, arranged only after 2 days
no wi-fi
Gym- facility removed

It was a fantastic 2 bedroom unit with 3 balconies and ocean views. A lovely place to stay, with access to the beach and good facilities. The fridge looked like it had encountered some very disrespectful guests recently, with surface damage, there was some other damages from seaside living or damaging guests, but still serviceable. Unfortunately the dryer and dishwasher were out of order with no communication about it, so we had to find out the hard way. And the automatic spraying air freshener was too intense and we had to put it outside until we were going, haha.
The communication and check in processes were really good. The room and linen ect were clean and well set up. We would stay here again.

There were a few maintenance issues., which were brought up to the host. Otherwise the room far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, and well presented. Communication was A . Very quick to respond, and very professional.

unit was smelly, dirty and old
the online pictures are from a different place
built in the 80’s really really bad
was not as expected considering the price
I would not recommend that place to anyone

Property was tidy and clean. The apartment is basically equipped. Furnishing are dated and worn as is the overall property. The unit we were in had multiple steps to reach apartment from allocated car space.

Broken bed- basically sank to the ground in the muddle when you got in. A lot of cockroach's outside and inside. Dusty and in need of a good clean.

The top sliding door could not be locked, door handles loose and nearly falling off. Very out dated
Positive it was quite and in a good location to get a morning coffee at the servo out the front..

Very Expensive, very run down, amenities in poor condition. No power points in room's. No lamps in bedrooms, tv didn't work, taps in bathrooms not connected properly. Bugs and Geckos in rooms. Nothing is close by.
Overall bad. Would not recommend nor return

The complex was nice and quiet. Just a few things in the property weren’t working. The Master bed room aircon wasn’t working, the second toilet couldn’t flush from time to time and TV has no signal to normal channels.
