The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting John Hunter hospital. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the on-site restaurant serves great meals. The staff are so accommodating and Karen was very caring, informative and friendly.

새 건물로 나쁘진 않지만 칙칙한 인테리어와 전망을 찾으시는 분에겐 비추합니다. 아침식사도 그럭저럭 not bad 정도 되겠네요.

I stayed at the Best Western Blackbutt Inn in June 24. This was a last minute booking for me and I was not disappointed. From the moment I checked with Karen at reception the service was wonderful. Karen walked me around the property showing me meal options, room location and even organised my motorbike to be parked securely under the property. As a single traveller in my 40s this attention to detail from the staff is what sets the property apart. The location of this hotel was easy to get to from the A1 and also to return to the M1. Restaurant located on the property had a great range of meals. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommended this hotel if you are looking to explore the Newcastle/Hunter Region.

Room was clean and comfortable.
The music from the pub was loud until just before midnight, I guess it was to be expecting above a pub but other then that, it was a nice place to stay. I would definitely stay again.

Great location for what we wanted. Nothing fancy. Friendly and helpful check-in. Very clean and well-presented room. Easy parking. Hotel bistro looks a good in-house dining option. Good value for Newcastle.

A very pleasant 2 night midweek stay. Lovely and clean and very quiet overnight (live music on the weekends may impact on that though). Parking is safe and convenient and staff are very friendly and helpful (thank you so much for lifting my too-heavy bag into the boot :-)) I travel to Newcastle regularly and would definitely stay again. Value for money.

We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was spot on.
We booked to attend Elton John's concert. Being strangers to Newcastle, we studied the public transport being made available and decided that we'd have to book an Uber or equivalent. To our surprise and delight, the hotel made their courtesy bus available to all guests for a drop and return.
The hotel restaurant opened early for the convenience of guests too.
A huge well done and thank you from us, we will be back when we are next required to stay in Newy.

The motel was great nice and quiet in the rooms even when the bands were playing. Food was a great size and value for money. Only downside was very limited parking but would definitely stay there again
